Urban Wilderness

While it may not feel like you're walking in a natural environment when you walk through the city, the ecosystem of plants and animals is just as big as in forests. This world, barely noticed by a lot of people, is very interesting. You just have to notice it.
Because isn't it amazing how nature finds a way to live and grow in these urban environments? Like a clump of grass that just started growing on the sidewalk. Or Ivy covering the walls of buildings. And pigeons, perfectly adapted to the city, living from the leftovers of humans.

With this ongoing project I want to capture the natural wilderness that is present in urban areas. And I hope that you also notice and experience this wonderful world that's right in front of you.
